If you have a smartphone you can scan items too. I found out about it when reading a review on Amazon about Special K with protein cereal (which is great for losing weight, lots of fiber plus protein). Sorry about the anonymous tag. I don't have a blog yet & didn't understand the other choices to post here. In a small bowl, whisk an egg white until frothy. Dip 2 boneless chicken breasts in the egg white, and then dredge in the Fiber One crumbs. Bake in a 400˚ oven about 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Low fat, low cal, high fiber, and tasty. I use lemon juice to add flavor when I eat it; Don uses malt vinegar. You could also try with boneless pork chops.Cyndihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08485300845528483642noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5822169260430560826.post-62655655771468651352012-03-13T17:30:51.287-07:002012-03-13T17:30:51.287-07:00I was at a stand still with my weight loss and so ...I was at a stand still with my weight loss and so I cut out all processed cereal except for a Pumpkin Flax granola and I started losing weight again.Terihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01019364333876469130noreply@blogger.com
