Instead I'm posting a picture of my 9 year old grandson sailing his boat in Mission Bay, San Diego.

Exercise Goal:
1000 miles on the treadmill, 2 miles today.

Total walked = 181 miles
Someday I will be hiking 1000 miles in National Parks!
It is perfectly ok to be too tired to write...we all get that way.
