Realtor!
We met with a realtor today... No, we are not yet ready to list, but it is a first step... We still have lots to do, but it was a very positive experience. :~)
Hoo boy! When we listed our house, our realtor told us not to paint, not to replace the carpet, because the new owner would do it anyway! So what happened? The first person to view the house made an offer above what we were asking. We accepted, and had a 30-day closing! We had to get out and get out FAST! May you have a quick offer and acceptance, but a little longer to get out!
Sounds like everything is going along very smoothly! You will be in the Alfa before you know it! I missed the last post...I like to read Joe does leather crafting.
Great idea! It's nice to know the approximate amount you can expect to list the house for, and also the Realtor's opinion on what NEEDS to be done and what would be NICE to be done before listing. Definite progress! :)
WOOHOO!
ReplyDeleteGreat! One step at a time. Before you know it you'll have a "Sold" sign in your yard.
ReplyDeleteYES!!! That's a major step in the right direction.
ReplyDeleteWow, you are getting so close!
ReplyDeletebut what if your realtor tells you it is ready to list?
ReplyDeleteGood news!

ReplyDeleteVery exciting :-) Did they give you an idea of what was left to do? Or a time frame?
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping you sell fast and for far more than you list if for.
