Two steps forward, one step back

I thought we had made some decisions yesterday, but when morning came we felt we didn't have enough information, so after the guy from the shower enclosure place came to look at the job we decided to spend the rest of the day looking at more tile and such.

I'm not sure what we will do, but now we have some numbers to compare when we get his bid via fax tomorrow morning.

This would be so much more "fun" if we were doing it for ourselves.

Two steps forward,  one step back.  But at least it's in the right direction!

  1. I think it makes sense to look at your options before making a major decision like that. Could be costly to decide without weighing all the possibilities. Good luck.

  3. Not looking forward to those decisions either. We are looking at downsizing before we hit the road.

  4. Why do we do this for someone else, and not while we could have enjoyed it? I did the same at my house.

  5. I wish you a late Happy Anniversary and I am so happy your lump isn't anything to worry about.

  6. Don't forget that Rocky Point is about an hour from Crater Lake. There is a small RV park at the Rocky Point Lodge. Not fancy, but still. We do have 4 kayaks, so are up for sharing as well if you are into that sort of thing. When it gets closer let us know. If nothing else, we could run up to Crater for a quick "hi" and a visit.
