Just a short post.
After all of my complaining, I just want to say that Craig has been working hard on getting some things done around the house.
It will take a long time, we don't always agree, but he is working on something every day.
Several people suggested we consult some realtors to get a perspective on an action plan. We are not there yet. We still have many things we know "must be done" before the "should we do thems" are considered.
Thanks for the input though. Someday we may do that.

We feel your pain.As we are going thru the same thing with our house. Be glad when it's over..
Isn't it nice to have Craig retired so he has time to get some things done? Work is fine, but it sure cuts into your day! Take care.
It's great that Craig is home and now has the time. Hopefully it won't take as long as you anticipate:)
Now that he's retired, it's much easier to get into projects, isn't it?
Tell ya what, if you need another able-bodied male to do work on the house, you can hire me to come down and work for Dad at the mere price of airline tickets and home cooked meals.
